 The art of wearing high heels


In order to answer to a screaming need of women that feel tugged between authenticity and appearance where the worship of the body and image takes an excessive dimension, Tina conceived a program that uses high heels as a tool of affirmation of oneself. "The art of walking in high heels". Her program, based on the principles of verticality, is taught just as well in groups as in private sessions.

In 2011, she published his first book "A mother in stilettos" by Éditons Béliveau that was very well received by the public and she created a blog that she updates with conviction. She is currently drafting her second book that will be published in 2012.
