during the workshop.

 

• High heels and self-esteem

• Know to pick out your shoes

• Feet: shapes and points of support

• Anatomy and self-knowledge

• VERTICALITY principles 1

• Breathing

• Posture and high heels 1

• Instability and weight transfer

• Types of walks

• Intent and movement 1

• The natural walk, the adapted walk

• Knowing how to sit with elegance

 

Duration of course: 90 minutes

 

Only $45 for the workshop. Groups of maximum 8 people. Offered Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. in St-Leonard and Fridays at 7:30 p.m. in Montreal. Reservations are mandatory. Bring 2 pairs of shoes and be prepared to walk barefoot.
